With Michael Lohan musing openly about kidnapping Lindsay and weighing in on her court case, La Lohan is set to slap a restraining order on dear old estranged dad. For his part, Michael took to, of all places, the Australian radio waves to deny this crazy restraining order talk—which he blamed on mom. “Dina is the one that told her to get a restraining order. But you know what? I‘m still going to try to do everything with the courts to try and get Lindsay better.”
