yeah the most romantic thing you can do for your loved one is buy them over-priced shit that no one needs. maybe in the future you can just give your girlfriend cash and she'll sleep with you, that way we can completely eliminate the personal touch Reply

Honestly, I would be a bit freaked out if my guy surprised me with a new bra or purse lol. Also, I would have a hard time feeling appreciative when all I would be able to think about would be how much of a spectacular waste of money a $242 bra is.

ha - i could hand embroider a bra and it would be american! i had a great mother. she could crochet, darn socks and embroider!

agh. of course- overpriced bra, high heels, jewelry, purse... and there you have it: a real live girl. i think that more men have been damaged by "the fairytale" than women. most women know it's all a charade, while most men rake themselves over the coals believing the garbage they read and see concerning "what women want"... sometimes it takes a lifetime to undo this kind of thinking and figure out how to be real again.
