(Newser) – The FBI has jumped in on the pursuit of a California robbery suspect authorities have dubbed the “Geezer Bandit.” The most recent of the five heists came yesterday outside San Diego; surveillance video of previous incidents shows a man believed to be in his 70s and, in at least one case, toting an oxygen tank. “Armed and dangerous” still applies, say authorities, who’ve posted $16,000 in reward cash.

The Geezer Bandit is seen in video-surveillance footage during a robbery in La Jolla, Calif.

Hey, the man has to pay for his medication some how. Have you seen the prices of medicated drugs lately?
