Rejoice! Jon & Kate Ends Tonight

Gosselins finally off our TV screens, at least for now

(Newser) – Our long national nightmare is over: Jon and Kate Plus 8 airs its last episode tonight, although that’s no guarantee the tabloid-magnet Gosselins are going away. The series is set to end with more of a whimper than a bang—the kids visit a dairy farm and firehouse, reports the New York Post—but, TMZ adds, far be it from Jon to let the show end without taking the opportunity for one last douchey soundbite.

“New York’s nice, too. It’s three hours from my house, where my kids are,” he says in a clip. “I have a place to go. When I get sick of the city, and all the press and the media and everything like that, I go back to my country place and I’m chill. So it’s like, I’ve got the best of both worlds right now.”

I cannot believe the publicity/attention/whoopla/etc that was given these two idiots, who have to be the MOST BORING PEOPLE ON TV EVER!!!! please, just go away!

Octo-mom's time is pretty much up. Last I heard about her was the whole Jon + Octomom = BLEH debacle but that was it. It's not like these people did anything worthwhile anyway so I won't miss them once they're gone.
