(Newser) – A Texas couple are facing charges of evidence tampering and abusing a corpse after police found an aborted 7-month-old fetus in a gift box under their Christmas tree. Police, who raided the couple's home after receiving an anonymous tip, believe the couple had tried and failed to flush the fetus down a toilet after an illegal self-induced abortion, AP reports.

@snarfeh, while its not a new idea it is a good idea. You want these two to die in prison after living what 40-60 years then dying old and alone forgotten and discarded. Your punishment is much less humane. But yet you think its not.
