Sweethearts are a time-honored part of Valentine’s Day, but there are a pair of up-to-the-moment additions to the messages we’re used to seeing on the heart-shaped candies: “text me” and “tweet me.” The new phrases won online voting, and replace the likes of “fax me.” “Still inexplicable,” Hilary Shenfeld notes, “are the choices of ‘Love Bug,’ ‘Puppy Love’ and ‘Sweet Pea.’”
