Lil Wayne debuted his new teeth—TMZ reports they’re still blinged out, but not worth quite as much as they once were—and is ready to begin his one-year prison stint tomorrow. A guard talks to MTV about the rapper’s new life inside New York’s Rikers Island:

  • Wake-up time: 4am
  • Meals: breakfast at 4am, lunch at 11am, dinner at 3pm

  • Housing: a private 10-foot by 15-foot cell
  • Amenities: toilet, sink, bed, and window—with a view of "another wall"
  • Free time activities: watching television, spending time in the day room
  • Job: likely none, “just to keep things quiet”
  • Visitors: two per week
  • Field trips: can visit places of worship inside the prison, or the law library
  • Music: planned on bringing an iPod, but the guard says they’re not allowed; can buy a transistor radio at the commissary
  • Sentence: one year, but he’ll likely be out in eight months for good behavior
  • Celebrity treatment: none, other than extra security
