(Newser) – Charlie Sheen pleaded not guilty to felony menacing and two misdemeanors today in Aspen, meaning the charges stemming from a Christmas Day altercation with his wife will be resolved with a trial rather than a plea bargain. Brooke Mueller Sheen alleges that the actor, who was armed with a knife, threatened to kill her. His trial is set for July 21.
