(Newser) – Conservative Ann Coulter is lashing out at Canada in general and the antagonistic provost at the University of Ottawa, where her speech last night was canceled after “a bunch of whining crybabies” called for the burning of her books while chanting “something about ‘Molson’ and a ‘sled dog.’” Writing for Human Events, she reserves the worst insults for François Houle, who she says should be investigated, and jailed, by Canada’s Human Rights Commission.

François A. Houle being “French for ‘Frank A. Hole’” is a perfect representative for Ottawa, “Indian for ‘Land of the Bed-Wetters,’” she seethes, wondering if he launched any pre-emptive strikes on more-liberal speakers due on campus. “If a university official’s letter accusing a speaker of having a proclivity to commit speech crimes before she’s given the speech—which then leads to Facebook postings demanding that Ann Coulter be hurt, a massive riot and a police-ordered cancellation of the speech—is not hate speech, then there is no such thing as hate speech,” she concludes after another aside about Houle: “To add insult to injury, François didn’t even plan to attend my speech because Tuesday is his bikini wax night.”
