(Newser) – Ben Roethlisberger will not be criminally charged in an alleged sexual assault last month in Milledgeville, Ga., the local district attorney said today. A 20-year-old college student accused the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback of assaulting her in a nightclub bathroom March 5. This doesn't mean Roethlisberger is off the hook, the Post-Gazette reports: He could still face a civil suit similar to the one pending against him in Nevada following a 2008 incident, and the NFL has not yet acted.
