Creepy interview seems like a bad joke

(NEWSER) - Vanity Fair contributing editor George Wayne and his bizarre questions/comments made for possibly one of his weirdest interviews yet with Erin Andrews. The ESPN analyst even tweeted afterward that she felt like she was “being punked.” Highlights:

• Wayne calls her father a “stage daddy” who is “in control” of her career; Andrews retorts that he’s simply “in the same industry as I am.”
• Wayne refers to her “long spindly legs” before one question and later theorizes that her experience on Dancing With the Stars probably made her “toned perfectly.”

Evan Lysacek takes second, Erin Andrews, third

(NEWSER) - Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough, frontrunners from the start, were crowned Dancing With the Stars champs last night. “I feel like I just won a Grammy," Scherzinger said. (NEWSER) - Kate Gosselin made her debut on Dancing With the Stars last night, and if you were hoping she’d score sweet revenge on Jon by wowing the world, don’t hold your breath. Judge Bruno Tonioli called her technique “terrible,” adding, “It looked like Tony was pushing a shopping cart around the floor.” Gosselin and partner Tony Dovolani received the third lowest score of the night at 16.
