Manny Ramirez sent a 96-mph Francisco Rodriguez fastball hurtling out of Fenway Park for a walk off home run, and game 2 of the Red Sox-Angels ALDS ended in a 6-3 Sox victory.  The Sox now lead the series 2-0. "Man, it feels great. This is the best time ever," Ramirez said following the game, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Ramirez got his chance for heroics after Angels manager Mike Scioscia decided to intentionally walk David Ortiz with a man at second and two out in the bottom of the ninth, in a game locked at 3-3 since the fifth.  It was Ramirez's first game-ending homer as a member of the Red Sox. "You've got to pick your poison with those guys," the AP quoted Scioscia saying afterward. (More Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim stories.)
