Paramedics were already on the scene when a pregnant woman started having contractions on the side of the interstate in Ohio Saturday—because she’d just caused a five-car accident. Police say the 20-year-old stopped dead in the left lane of I-77 because she was having a fight with a 27-year-old man in the back seat, sparking a high-speed crash.

The woman jumped into the back seat, pursuing the 27-year-old, who left the car. The woman left the car, too, and started walking down the Interstate, before stopping and seeking help from the paramedics because she was having contractions. She was taken to the hospital, where she delivered her baby via C-section. To celebrate, police charged her with reckless operation, disorderly conduct, and assault, the Sun News reports.
