It’s quits again—maybe for good this time—for Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy. The on-again off-again couple has been dating for six years, but broke up in 2007 and again last year. Now, “we’re finished,” Davy reportedly told friends, adding that she doesn’t want to spend the rest of her life in Britain. She is moving to South Africa to start her legal career this week, News of the World reports.

Davy, 24, has not been spotted in public with the prince since May 7, when he got his helicopter pilot’s wings. “It was a gradual end to the relationship. It whimpered out,” says an insider. “It was an obvious time for a clean break. The spark is gone. She was distraught when they split last year but it's different now. She knows she did everything to make it work.”
