(Newser) – When the Jersey Shore boys were invited to pose for the cover of Village Voice, someone forgot to tell them it was for the “Queer Issue.” Of course, a source assures the New York Post, “the paper's not saying the cover boys are gay, just that they're hot.” The accompanying article, however, is about “gay Jersey guidos on the down-low.” See the cover, featuring a shirtless Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, here.

In this image released by ABC, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is shown in a tanning bed coffin as he spoofs Twilight's Edward Cullen in a special comedy segment to premiere on Jimmy Kimmel Live.   (AP Photo/ABC, Mitch Haddad)
