Here are some other surprising social media mavens, singled out by Time, along with their number of fans (as of Thursday) and a taste of the tidbits they disseminate:
- Vin Diesel, second to Gaga with 10.7 million fans (seriously): "I got a sexy feeling about this summer... GRRR... "
- House, 9.0 million, meaning a TV show beats out tons of actual people: "Congratulations to HOUSE for receiving 3 Primetime Emmy Nominations including Hugh Laurie for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series!"
- Megan Fox, 8.9 million: It's basically nothing but photos and videos of her.
- Linkin Park, 7.4 million: "In case you slept through yesterday, the new game, LINKIN PARK 8-BIT REBELLION!, is now available for your iPhone or iPod..."
