(AP) – A federal appeals panel has upheld a three-year prison sentence on federal tax charges for film star Wesley Snipes. The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta concluded that the judge properly sentenced Snipes, who was convicted in 2008 of three counts of willful failure to file his returns. His attorneys argued the sentence was "unreasonable."

Wesley, Just contact Eric Holder at D.O.J. He should be able to straighten this whole thing out.

If he is a Democrat and a friend of Obama he will never serve any time. Obama has destroyed race relations in America, By letting that Black Panther who blocked that voting station and swearing to kill white folks off free he has proven he is not fit to hold the office of the President and should be Impeached and all who block that impeachment.
