Amy Winehouse was busted with 7 grams of marijuana in her hotel room, but the Norwegian police didn't make the addled chanteuse go to rehab—they just held her overnight, fined her $714, and released her this morning, the BBC reports. "She's paid the fine, so this thing is over for us now," said the prosecutor.

Winehouse and her husband were arrested after police received a tip. People reports that the same sweep picked up the creator of her hairpieces; all were charged with drug offenses rather than tonsorial transgressions. The singer is on the European leg of her world tour, which next moves on to the Netherlands, where she can presumably restock. (More Amy Winehouse stories.)
