(Newser) – Not sure how to make a good impression at your next court appearance? (We’re looking at you, Lindsay Lohan.) The Wall Street Journal gets advice from the experts. One divorce lawyer sums it up neatly: “It’s like dressing for church.” See the gallery for some ideas.

Ties are a good idea, but if you don't normally wear ties, don't wear one in court because you won't look comfortable in it.

oh c'mon. ya have to be really socially inept on all levels to show up in court or even a job interview in clothes that are inappropriate for the occasion. either that or your are so narcissistic that you think you are so special that everyone is going to give you a pass because you are just so special and important.
