(Newser) - Ohio's scandal-hit AG has admitted having an affair, and apologized for his "human failings" in not cracking down on sexual harassment in his office, but doesn't plan to step down, the Columbus Dispatch reports. Marc Dann didn't name the woman, but his chief scheduler, whom he admitted spent the night at his condo, resigned yesterday. (Newser) - Two Ohio teens have been arrested after police acquired a video in which they forced a toddler to smoke pot, NBC reports. The video, in which the smoking babysitters pass the pipe to the 18-month-old, was recovered after it was left inside a camcorder sold to a pawnshop. (Newser) - Another story Hillary Clinton has told repeatedly on the campaign trail turns out to be untrue, CNN reports. This one is about a pregnant woman from Ohio who dies after being turned away from a hospital because she has no health insurance. A spokesman for the hospital has denied the account, saying the woman had insurance and received care. Clinton, who was apparently told the story while visiting Ohio, has since dropped the anecdote. (Newser) - A determined winter storm buried Ohio and beyond in snow yesterday, dumping a record 20.4 inches on Columbus and about a foot each on Cincinnati and Cleveland. Authorities closed roads as blizzard-velocity wind whipped the fallen flakes into three-foot-high drifts and reduced visibility.
