AFP PHOTO/LIBYAN TV (Getty Images) Moammar Gadhafi himself ordered the mass rape of women in Libya, according to the International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor. Luis Moreno-Ocampo had accused Gadhafi’s troops of the rapes previously, but had not yet determined who organized them. Based on the new information, Moreno-Ocampo may ask to add a new charge of mass rape against Gadhafi, the Telegraph reports. Read These Next Trump aide gives punny response to Springsteen.
