(Newser) – It might be time for revolving doors at the California jail recently inhabited by Lindsay Lohan: Barely nine hours after a judge all but locked her away and threw away the key, another granted bail, TMZ reports. The actress posted $300,000, and walked out the door of Century Regional Detention Facility late last night. She'll wear an ankle bracelet again. La Lohan reportedly told friends this week she needed to go back to rehab, the site reports.

Why doesn't the California Three Strikes Law come into play in this case? The same celebs keep doing what they do but never seem to fall prey to the law. Are chosen ones exempt?

big deal. she wears yet another ankle bracelet that detects alcohol but she was busted for coke. so big effin deal. but the two go hand in hand. after she has gotten beyond this current legal snafu, somewhere down the road she will be high and drunk and behind the wheel of a car. the charge won't be coke or dui. it'll be vehicular manslaughter. let her try to get out of that one.
