Colorado cops are seeking to again question the older brother of murdered beauty pageant tyke JonBenet Ramsay. Burke Ramsay was just 9 when his 6-year-old sister was found bound with cord, bludgeoned and strangled in the basement of their Boulder home. Burke was questioned and cleared by DNA after the 1996 murder, but investigators are hoping to jog new memories that may help them crack the troubling case, Daily Beast contributor Lawrence Schiller revealed on the Early Show.

Suspicion first focused on the Ramsay family after a bizarre ransom note was found inside the home, and JonBenet's body was somehow overlooked for hours. But family members were cleared, and DNA evidence points to an unknown outsider. A pedophile confessed to the girl's murder four years ago, but no evidence linked him to the crime and no charges were filed. JonBenet's father pleaded late last year for information from anyone which might finally lead to his daughter's murderer. A Ramsay family spokesman denied police have asked to talk to Burke, but Schiller said investigators are determined to mine his memories again in a hunt for clues. "They're never going to give up on this one," said Schiller.
