Foxy Brown Booted From Cruise Over Manicure Mess

Rapper had to fly home from Cayman Islands

(Newser) – Foxy Brown does not have a good track record when it comes to beauty salons. The rapper was kicked off a Royal Caribbean cruise over a nail-related meltdown, TMZ reports. Brown, who had performed the day before the incident, showed up three hours late to a manicure appointment on the ship last Monday and then freaked out when the salon couldn't accommodate her. She was removed by security and remained in her room, under supervision, for two days. As soon as the ship docked in the Cayman Islands, authorities gave her the boot and she was forced to fly home. Brown has been involved in at least two other altercations involving beauty supplies; click for one.

(NEWSER) - Despite the fact that the epicenter of Haiti’s deadly earthquake is just 60 miles away, cruise ships are still visiting private Labadee beach. Though Royal Caribbean defended its decision to dock Friday, some customers are “sickened,” the Guardian reports. “I just can't see myself sunning on the beach, eating a barbecue, and enjoying a cocktail while there are tens of thousands of dead people being piled up on the streets,” wrote one.
