Gadhafi's Wife, Daughter Flee to Tunisia

They reportedly crossed the border a few days ago

(Newser) – Another sign things are getting dicier for Moammar Gadhafi: His second wife, Safia, and daughter Aisha quietly crossed the border into Tunisia a few days ago, reports Reuters. Few other details were available, and the Libyan government has not confirmed. The move follows a NATO strike last May that killed the youngest son of the Libyan leader and three grandchildren.  It would appear that Obama's plan to get rid of Gadhafi, but not spend so much US revenue nor put US military personnel in direct danger... is working?
