(Newser) – Another day, another failed substance abuse test for Lindsay Lohan: Yes, she's headed to court again this morning, after testing positive for alcohol last week. Sources tell TMZ LiLo was tested twice, including once after she threw a rooftop barbecue, and tested positive one of the times. They add that the Probation Department will ask the judge to toss Lohan, currently under house arrest, back in jail for violating probation. As for that rooftop party? The department is reportedly not happy about that particular house arrest activity, either. Click here for more.

Why isn't this person being treated the way the rest of America would be treated? Send her to jail and toss the damn key already. What's so difficult about that? Oh yeah, if she's in jail she can't pay court costs and fines. My bad. Forgot it's all about the $$.

This is a complete waste of time. Talk about big government! As long as she is not driving, who cares. I can't believe we are spending this much time and a whole pile of court money etc. on this woman. If she wants to drink at a party, let her. Oh brother.

For her own protection she should be put into the state prison where the celebrity loving loving LA officials can't shorten her sentence and send her off to drink again.  Treatment isn't working, time to be locked away from the temptations for a few YEARS,
