(Newser) – The Florida teen accused of killing his parents with a hammer before throwing a party told his best friend that he was possessed by the devil and had taken three ecstasy pills before the murder. The friend says Tyler Hadley, 17, confessed to the killings and showed him the bodies after the last guests had left, the New York Daily News reports. "I opened the door," says the friend. "I saw bloody sheets piled everywhere. I looked down and I saw his dad's leg there." The friend tipped off police, who found the bodies in the home's master bedroom under a pile of furniture.

Ecstasy doesn't usually cause violent reactions, but the teen "could have been having a first episode psychotic break that was made worse or triggered" by a large dose of the drug, a neuropharmacologist tells ABC. The friend also told police that Hadley's plan was to commit suicide by taking 10 Percocet pills "once he got caught, but that failed." Hadley, who is on suicide watch in jail, has been charged with second-degree murder. His attorney entered a not guilty plea on his behalf yesterday.

Hey, I got this one covered so move on.  Know how hard it is to realize that your kid is nuts?  Ask the Anthony's.  Know why I'm not dead?  Bet you wish that I were.  But, I could see outside of the box and while one son is so sweet--the other was the sociopath that you handle with kid gloves.  Why do you think I write about sociopaths so much?  And I was not stupid and treated him the way that you would treat any loaded gun.  And when he killed himself--he died alone.  That's as good as it gets for people in this situation.  Go ahead--comment on the shit that you don't know and only believe and feel and whatever.  Go ahead.  Only four percent of the population.  I would never win a lottery, but I won that particular percentage.  Unlike most parents I knew what I had.  And I did what I did.  I love and miss that 15 year old every day.  I do not miss the twenty year old that scared the shit out of me.  And I loved him till he saw himself--that's hard.  Know what the Anthony's did that was so wrong--never looked at it all and admitted what it meant.  The lying the stealing the ecstasy whatever.  They demanded that she change and she drove off with her daughter and changed.  Think they are happy?  I'm not happy either but I ain't dead and I ain't Mrs. Kleebold.

I just happen to be the devil's father and I must strongly deny these allegations. The devil is a nice boy. You leave him alone.
