Texas investigators looking into the suicide of a former county district attorney found child porn in his home, reports the Dallas Morning News. He shot himself last year as a SWAT team closed in and a Dateline NBC camera crew covering internet predators waited outside. A search of laptops, a cell phone, and disks inside the home uncovered sexually explicit images of juveniles, police said.

The search also found a graphic internet chat between the district attorney and "Luke"—an adult posing as a 13-year-old boy as part of the "Perverted Justice" sting operation run by an internet watchdog group. The group has been working with NBC's "To Catch a Predator" series to expose pedophiles. The dead man's sister is suing NBC for $105 million over the death, a lawsuit NBC officials say is without merit. (More Dateline stories.)
