Giffords Speaks: It's 'Difficult'

Congresswoman smiles, speaks clearly in first interview since shooting

In her first interview since she was shot in the head 10 months ago, Gabrielle Giffords, speaking in clear voice, tells ABC's Diane Sawyer that she is feeling "pretty good." When asked "is it painful," Giffords, seated with husband Mark Kelly responds: "It's difficult. Difficult." The interview will air Monday as part of a one-hour special on the congresswoman's recovery.
