(Newser) – Herman Cain's big decision is apparently just hours (or less) away, and nobody's still quite sure what's going to happen. In the meantime, supporters are gathering in a festive atmosphere for the opening of his new state headquarters in Atlanta. The New York Times points out it would be odd to go out amid such fanfare. "You’d surmise not,” says Cain's press secretary in Georgia. “But I don’t know. He’s still deciding.” Politico, meanwhile, quotes "multiple sources" saying "Cain was leaning toward quitting." (At least last night.)
