(AP) – LaMarcus D. Ramsey had to appear in Alabama court yesterday to enter a plea on a charge of receiving stolen property—and was found guilty of something else entirely. Authorities say Ramsey has been given a three-day jail sentence for contempt of court for wearing so-called saggy pants. Circuit Judge John Bush told the 20-year-old his blue jeans were sagging too low and gave him the three-day stint, which will be served in the Autauga Metro jail. The judge told Ramsey to buy pants that fit or a belt when he gets out of jail.

Now THAT'S what I call a good judgment.  seen one of those idiots at wal-mart the other day.  Stupid teenage white kid with gang tat's down his arms, waddling behind his momma, because his pants were trying to fall off.  I caught him eyeballing my daughter, and gave him the "stink eye" and told her loud enough for him to hear.."You bring one of THEM home, and I will throw him out  by his hair and beat you blue".  He ran off, and the daughter rolled her eyes and said "Really dad????  What do you think I am.....stupid?  I'm suuuuuure he is in Med school" lol

I think that the fashion trend looks ridiculous and is very offensive, however, it shouldn't be against the law. It is unfair and sexist. Why not ban sheer tops with spandex or regular bra, hot pants that reveals the gluteus maximus, halter tops with no bra, g-strings with cutoff jeans, or mini-skirts with no underwear?
