Tina Fey: End of 30 Rock 'on the Horizon'

But Alec Baldwin is in it to the last, she assures 'The View'

(Newser) – The good news: Despite the fact that Alec Baldwin went on a Twitter tirade threatening to leave NBC, he is not bowing out of 30 Rock early, Tina Fey assured the ladies of The View today. The bad news? The show, currently in its sixth season, may not be around much longer. "We're all in this together 'til the end," she said. "I think that he just maybe means that the end of the show—we're in six years—that the end of the show is visible on the horizon. We're all still on the show."

Fey and Baldwin are signed for a seventh season, assuming NBC renews 30 Rock, the Huffington Post notes. Entertainment Weekly has predicted the seventh season will be the sitcom's last. "We can't do this for 35 years," Fey said. "We'd love to keep going and see where everybody ends up, right? But you don't want to see me with a gray stripe, eating a slice of pizza, going on dates."

I predict a long, long career for The Tina Fey no matter what show she lands up in- Just her persona' in her fake interviewer of a diva/model on a woman's advertisement where she hogs the mike in a way only Tina can do (yankin' the mike away) shows her talent she learned on SNL for connecting w/an audience

And boring, angry, spiteful republicans cheer another show they don't understand and hate on principle ending soon, to make way for all those successful, right wing leaning comedies they love so much. In other words, reality shows that don't require no book learning or logical thought. We will miss 30 Rock, I just started watching it on comedy central when the re-runs started and have been hooked ever sense. Baldwin is hilarious and Tina Fey is a genius, from SNL to the Writer of her own show, I really do feel sorry for the republican party. THIS is a funny, smart, sexy and successful woman, the complete opposite of what YOU want a woman to be. A dumb bimbo who don't talk back right? Seriously I feel sorry for you. What do you do for entertainment? Watch reality shows and fester with anger about the rest of us laughing our asses off at quality entertainment that makes so much fun of you grumpy dumbfucks? Yeah, 30 rock is a dumb show that almost every celebrity ever has begged to be a part of. Hell all you have is FOX news, and guess what, WE FIND THAT JUST AS FUNNY AS OUR SHOWS/NETWORKS! God that must suck to not be able to watch Sunday night TV on Fox, I'd shoot myself if I couldn't enjoy The Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad, Futurama, hell I could go on and on listing all the great entertainment that has consistently made fun of the retardican party, but I DARE you to list more than 5 shows that have had a republican slant to it and has lasted HALF as long as the shows WE love. HAHAHAH SUCKS TO BE YOU, FUCKTARDS!
