Lindsay Lohan is out of the hospital and back to work on the set of Liz & Dick after a nasty car accident, reports TMZ. She went to the ER as a precaution after her rented Porsche slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway this afternoon. The celeb was driving and her assistant was in the passenger seat, and both apparently got banged up but escaped serious injury. Police haven't issued any tickets and say neither Lohan nor the other driver showed signs of impairment, reports the Los Angeles Times. The Porsche is totaled, and TMZ has photos.
