It looks like the aftermath of Lindsay Lohan's car crash could turn into a real wreck. When Lohan was first giving her statement to the cops in the hospital, she reportedly told them that she was the passenger and her assistant was behind the wheel, reports TMZ. That statement appears to be rather, er, factually challenged, as the assistant and others have said Lohan was the one driving. If Lohan did lie to the police, she could face another stint in jail; not only is it a crime to provide false information to the police, but doing so would also be a violation of Lohan's informal probation from her necklace shoplifting case.
