Now on Facebook: Same-Sex Marriage Icons
A screen grab from Chris Hughes' Facebook timeline.   (Facebook)

Facebook co-founder Chris Hughes married his longtime boyfriend over the weekend, and he hopefully covered the "something old, something borrowed," part of things, because Facebook took care of the new and blue parts of the wedding custom. The social network now has icons to represent same-sex marriages for those who aren't well served by its bride and groom icon, and a double-groom version popped up on Hughes' Timeline, Mashable reports. The move follows last year's addition of relationship statuses "in a civil union" and "in a domestic partnership." (More same-sex marriage stories.)
