Taliban Beheads 17 Over Afghan Music Event

(Newser) – Taliban insurgents beheaded 17 men and women yesterday for participating in a music event in Afghanistan's Helmand province, officials report. The decapitations occurred after people gathered for a celebration, and were playing music and dancing, according to the chief of the Musa Qala government. They were apparently punished for breaking religious strictures. The area where the slaughter took place is completely in Taliban control. Gunfire was also reported by witnesses, so the victims may have been shot before they were beheaded, AP reports.

More people have been killed in the name of God/Allah/Yahweh than any other on earth. And all religions preach peace, love and understanding. Hypocrites all. If you must have a religion, I recommend Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. It makes as much sense as any of the others. More, actually.

the fact that a country is festered with sick murderous fucks does not imply that you sick murderous pirate american fucks are entitled to bomb and conquer the whole place. if this were true, you should bomb and occupy Mexico first. as some of you may already know, mexico is just out of your fucking door. not to mention that when those once called "mujahideens" (funny how a name change can be so useful) were busy fighting the russian in a war directly ignited by your criminal intelligence (your officials admitted that, so stfu before even thinking to reply this) you praised all around the very same people that today you finger in pharisaic contempt and also made some very stupid movie about them.  so much for all the lies about afghan women getting rid of their burkas and all that bullshit you fed us at the beginning of this heinous bloody story of fascist imperialist wars. your interest is that these massacres keep happening regularly in order to give you an alibi.
