  • Nick Lachey: Like his former wife, he swings Republican.
  • Britney Spears: The GOP once held a fundraiser at one of her DC concerts.
  • Hilary Duff: She performed at an inaugural ball for George W. Bush.

  • Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar: Both members of this couple are registered Republicans.
  • Shannen Doherty: The Beverly Hills 90210 star once said that she has no problem with all the Democrats in Hollywood—"and they should have no problem with the fact that I'm a Republican."

Well if that isn't just the best testimonials - Brtiney Spears, dumb as a rock and has to have a conservator manage her life at 30-years-old is a Republican. Nick Lachey, that married a woman who thought tuna fish was chicken and buffalos had wings, is a Republican. Congrats GOP - you must be so proud.

Somehow all these "beautiful" people just got a bit less beautiful.  When you know how much the GOP really does hate the average working man (look at how they want to destroy unions:  the best hope as a stop gap to total corporate control) you can see that there isn't much beauty in that idea.  Sad that the very same people that buy these celebrities' cd's, go to their concerts and watch their TV shows and movies, have been put on an "enemy's list" by these same entertianers. To be a Republican is to not give a damn about anyone else.  Grammer, Brittney, Selleck, Kurt Russell... they're all the same.  They're members of AFTRA but want to destroy YOUR union.  They want you to pay to see their movies, but support the party that hates the minimum wage. Wake up people... wake up.
