Rodeo Clown Ripped for 'Racist' Michelle Dig
Things got ugly at the Barstow rodeo.   (?4nitsirk)

A California rodeo clown will likely lose his job after sharing what spectators ripped as a racist joke about the first lady over the microphone during a bronc and bull-busting event. The clown quipped that Playboy had offered Ann Romney $250,000 to appear in the magazine, and the White House was upset because Michelle Obama had been offered only $50 to appear in National Geographic, reports the San Luis Obispo Tribune. The board of the Creston Classic Rodeo is demanding a public apology from the clown, and will discuss terminating his employment, says a spokesman. “We probably won’t be using his services in the future,” says a board member.

“I find it offensive, and I think that it’s conduct unbecoming," he adds. “I was really appalled, and the people around me were really appalled,” says a spectator. “He was acting like we were buying into his bigotry and we weren’t.” She says she heard a lady next to her say: “Whoa! Racist or what?” The clown was not available for comment yesterday: He was recovering from head injuries after being tossed by a bull. (More Michelle Obama stories.)
