Lindsay Lohan must be steaming mad right about now—because, while vehicular menace Amanda Bynes continues to walk the streets a free woman, LiLo got herself arrested once again early today. It seems La Lohan allegedly clipped a man's knee, at a low speed, while trying to park her Porsche in downtown Manhattan. TMZ reports that a passenger checked for damage—to the car, not the human being—and then the whole entourage allegedly went inside the Dream Downtown hotel and nightclub, but the New York Daily News says LiLo and Co. interacted with the alleged victim after he told her he'd been hit.
He called the cops, and Lohan was arrested when she left the hotel later. She was booked for the misdemeanor offense of leaving the scene of an accident, but released with a desk appearance ticket. The victim was reportedly hospitalized, though sources say he didn't have any visible injuries; the Daily News source says Lohan only "brushed" him as she drove through a crowded area, honking her horn. This is potentially very bad news for Lohan, whose probation requires that she not break any laws—so she could end up back in jail.
