(Newser) – Hosni Mubarak is heading back to the hospital, reports CNN, this time with cracked ribs and a head injury after he reportedly slipped in a prison bathroom this month. Mubarak spent a month hospitalized over the summer with health problems, and at one point was rumored to have fallen into a coma and been clinically dead. A ruling on the 84-year-old's appeal of his life sentence in prison is expected Jan. 13.

Doesn't Hosni Mubarak ever smile? It might do his public image some good if he were to crack a smile every now and then. By the look of things I also assume they'll bury him face down with those $5 sunglasses.
