Again, none should be given authority to decide on someone's human rights. We do not do a popular vote on it, we do not process it in the courts, etc, human rights should be granted everyone. Just imagine if we would vote on whether we want wheelchair accessible public transport stops. Disabled people will have no single wheelchair accessible stop as they would lose to non-disabled majority voters always. It is not right for state nor government nor courts nor anyone else to deny someone civil rights. Their only task is to protect everyone's civil rights.
