(Newser) – After threatening the United States and South Korea with nuclear strikes, North Korea nearly forgot its other favorite target—Japan. That oversight has been corrected now, though, as the Korean Central News Agency today warned that Tokyo will be its first target if Japan keeps up its "hostile posture" toward Pyongyang, Yonhap News reports. "Japan is always in the cross-hairs of our revolutionary army and if Japan makes a slightest move, the spark of war will touch Japan first," wrote the KCNA, according to the RT Network.

North Korea warned Japan not to try shooting down any test missiles it might launch. Any "provocation" by Japan would end with Tokyo "consumed in nuclear flames," warned KCNA. US Secretary of State John Kerry, in Seoul today, reiterated that any missile launch by North Korea would be a "huge mistake," reports Yonhap News. Tomorrow Kerry heads to China to urge leaders there to do more to control Pyongyang. "There is no group of leaders on the face of the planet who have more capacity to make a difference in this than the Chinese," said Kerry.

during that so called exercise on the persian gulf, the secretary of the state went around the world to push for a war and kerry is doing the same thing. We don't need another war, but then like they say, politics is war with blood shed and war is politics without bloodshed. In california we have korea town, china town, in new york we have korean town and china town, so whats the big deal with this guy kerry going over board. In hawaii tourist come from korea, north and south, so what is wrong with this kerry.

"There is no group of leaders on the face of the planet who have more capacity to make a difference in this than the Chinese," said Kerry. John kerry is trying to influence Japan and china to strike against North Korea because the president of North Korea said all he wants is to have an open dialogue with the US. And I think the best group to make a difference is the US and not China. They tried that with Russian during the '60s which at the time the Russians were are ally and friends, Furthermore, this is a gimick to sell the arms to North Korea. Every year during team spirit the same bla bla bla goes on and there was never any attack. This is military training, not attack or counter attack. An this type of training is good for the peace of both country, south korea and the US.
