Saturday Night Live alum Chris Kattan was arrested early today on suspicion of DUI after crashing his Mercedes into a parked maintenance truck on California's 101 freeway. A woman called 911 around 2am to report a Mercedes "weaving all over the roadway at slow speeds," officials tell CBS Los Angeles. Kattan allegedly crossed into a closed portion of the freeway (which was clearly marked with cones and flashing signs, NBC Los Angeles reports) and collided with the Department of Transportation vehicle near where a road crew was working, but no one, including Kattan, was injured.

Kattan failed a sobriety test, according to the California Highway Patrol; he was arrested and booked at the Van Nuys Jail. TMZ reports that he allegedly confessed to being under the influence of prescription drugs. (More DUI stories.)
