Turns out there is a silver lining to getting kicked in the head by a train worker as you try to take a selfie. That's what happened to Saskatchewan man Jared Frank when he was traveling in Peru, and his video of the incident, posted last week, of course went viral. Now, after 23 million views on YouTube, Frank has agreed to work with California-based Jukin Media to earn money off the video. "I got all these different offers ... and they were all legit," the 22-year-old, who insists he was a safe distance from the train at the time, tells CBC. His video could earn anywhere from $2 to $16 for every 1,000 views, and Frank will get 70%; there are also potential licensing opportunities. Frank says he'll use the money to go to film school.
