Pshaw! That's child's play compared to Shaila Hegde's alleged penchant for dialing emergency services. Glastonbury police say the Connecticut woman has called 911 some 162 times in the last 7 years. In 2014 alone, she has placed two dozen calls, say police, who describe most of her gripes as "unfounded." Among them, per NBC Connecticut: A complaint that her CDs were scratched. She was arrested on charges of misusing 911 and falsely reporting an incident. Her next court date is Friday.
