(Newser) – North Korea's Internet is down again, China's Xinhua news agency reports today via USA Today. The country's 3G mobile phone network is also said to be experiencing an outage, which Gizmodo notes is a first. The news comes on the heels of Pyongyang comparing President Obama to a monkey and accusing the US of being behind its recent Internet outages as retaliation after the Sony hacking conflict.
