When vets told New York City's Neil Rodriguez that his 15-year-old dog, Poh, didn't have long to live, two words came to mind: road trip. The DJ and his fiancee took Poh on a cross-country road trip over seven weeks, reports the Daily News. "I initially wanted to get him to the Pacific Ocean," Rodriguez tells ABC News, and "he loved it, it was so healing for him. It was like he was five years younger." Best part: Poh is still alive and back home, and they're planning a shorter jaunt down to Florida soon. "I am super blessed that I have actually gotten to do this," Rodriguez says. "People think I take care of Poh, but Poh takes care of me." Check out photos of the journey at Poh's "bucket list" Instagram account. (More uplifting news stories.)
