The 19 year-old rookie scored 22 points tonight, leading the Sixers to victory over the Bucks, 119-97. In his last four games Young has averaged 16.5 PPG, nine over his season-average, reports the Philadelphia Inquirer.  The Sixers are winners of their last four games. In other NBA action:

Anthony Parker led Toronto with 23 points.
