(AP Photo/Chris O'Meara) (Newser) – A forgetful burglar and an unfortunate dare are among the weirdest crime stories of the week: JetBlue Passenger Redefines 'Bad Seatmate': If you're wondering what the crime of "offensive littering" means, an Oregon man can lend some insight. Jeff Rubin, 27, faces the charge after authorities say he urinated on passengers on a flight from Anchorage to Portland. He'd reportedly been sleeping for most of the flight, but about 30 minutes before landing, witnesses say he stood up and began pissing everyone off—literally. 8th-Grader Gets in Trouble for Kiss: A 13-year-old boy at a Maryland middle school was reportedly dared to kiss a 14-year-old classmate, but that dare came with consequences that definitely aren't child's play. The eighth-grader's unwanted, "open-mouthed [kiss] ... with his tongue," as police describe it, is now apparently being handled by both the school and the criminal justice system. 'Take This Job and Shove It' Writer in Tax Trouble: David Allan Coe, the 76-year-old writer of the hit song, owes the IRS more than $466,000 in back taxes, per his guilty plea in Cincinnati. The US Attorney's Office says Coe arranged to get much of his payment in cash when he performed, partly to prevent the IRS from getting its hands on the money. He then spent that money "on other debts and gambling." There's a quirky note about one form of cash Coe wouldn't accept. Cops: Burglar Came Back for Stuff Left Behind: Caleb Shay Funke probably wishes he had stayed home and watched Netflix. Instead, the 22-year-old showed up at the scene of a home burglary in Twin Falls, Idaho, and was arrested shortly thereafter for the crime—all because he allegedly left a few things behind. Man Charged in Attack Involving Beef Brisket: A cooking contestant found herself at the business end of a piping-hot piece of brisket when things got out of control at the Kentucky State BBQ Festival. Police say 42-year-old Mike Owings threw the beef at Mary Berry during an argument. Check out what Owings was so heated about—and how hot the brisket was. Click to read about more crazy crimes.
