There's nothing better than mom's cooking, apparently not even if it comes with a side of jail time. The Albuquerque Journal reports 23-year-old Jonathan Ray was arrested after allegedly breaking into his mother's house on Nov. 28 and stealing homemade posole, a "traditional New Mexican holiday stew." Police say Ray texted his mom that he was hungry and was going to her house to eat. She told him not to come over, but he ignored her. “He opened the door and grabbed that big pot of posole I had made for my kids,” she tells the Journal. Ray was charged with burglary and arrested Sunday. According to the Journal, this isn't the first time police have been called because Ray was at his mother's house against her will.
